"Natural Area"
d
may have small buildings that do not exceed 75.0 square metres when required for maintenance facilities or for the study of the Natural Area;

may have a parking area, provided it is located a minimum of 3.0 metres from the nearest property line;

"Natural Resource Extraction"

that must be approved only on a parcel designated as a Direct Control District that specifically includes Natural Resource Extraction as a use;

requires a minimum number of motor vehicle parking stalls based on a parking study required at the time of land use redesignation application.

"Night Club"
iii
where entertainment is provided to patrons, in the forms of a dance floor, live music stage, live performances, or recorded music, in areas greater than 10.0 square metres; and

must be located more than 45.0 metres from a residential district, which must be measured from the building containing the use to the nearest property line of a parcel designated as a residential district;
e
must not have any openings, except emergency exits, loading bay doors or non-opening windows, on a façade that faces a residential district or abuts a lane separating the parcel from a residential district;
f
must not have an exterior entrance located on a façade that faces a residential district, unless that façade is separated from the residential district by a street;
i
requires a minimum of 1.0 bicycle parking stalls — class 2 per 250.0 square metres of public area.
