How to dispose of paper bubble mailers

Put bubble envelopes (made of paper and plastic) into your black cart as garbage.
Why can't this be recycled?
Mixed paper/plastic bubble mailers are not suitable for recycling as the inner bubble wrap layer and outer paper envelope layer cannot be easily separated for recycling.
