How to dispose
There are two ways to dispose of carpet depending on whether you have small or large quantities.
Small quantities of carpets

Put into your black cart
Put small quantities of all types of carpet (natural and synthetic fibers) and carpet underlay into your black cart as garbage.
- Pieces must be less than 1.25 m (four feet) in length
- Make sure the lid of the cart can close
Large quantities of carpets

Take to a City Eco Centre
Take large quantities of carpet and carpet underlay to a City Eco Centre for disposal – charges will apply.
