How to dispose of diapers

Put into your black cart
Put bagged soiled diapers and diaper liners into your black cart as garbage. Make sure diapers are double bagged and securely tied closed.
Special instructions
Never flush diapers down your toilet as they can harm your drainage pipes and the environment.
Can diapers marked biodegradable and/or compostable go in my green cart for composting?
No. The elastics, tabs and other non-compostable materials don't break down during the composting process and will contaminate the finished compost.
