Contact your dealership where you purchased your electric vehicle. In most cases, they can handle EV batteries and can provide guidance on proper disposal or recycling.
You can also contact Call2Recycle to request a quote for the proper disposal of these batteries. Visit their website or call 1-866-612-4048.
The City of Calgary does not accept electric vehicle (EV) batteries.
