Why can't this be recycled?
These pouches are “multi-material” packaging made up of more than one type of material. The pouches use many different layers of plastics, paper and foil to keep your products dry and fresh, but that also means these layers can’t be separated easily. Because of this, manufacturers are not currently able to recycle these mixed-material packages into new products.
