Cancellations or amendments
Please ensure you have read and understand the cancellation or amendment policies specific to your booking. For all rentals and bookings, the following policies will apply:
- An administrative fee of $10 (plus GST) will be charged to the renter once for up to 10 cancellations or amendments, per permit, per request for any cancellation of times or dates after the permit has been issued.
- Cancellations or amendments must be received by Facility Bookings 30 calendar days before the booking date (depending on the specific rental and booking guidelines). Failure to observe this deadline will result in the renter being charged the full cost of the rental.
- Cancellations or amendment requests can be made through our Amendment Request Form.
Cancellations for Spring/Summer Arena Permits
Rental fees are not refunded for cancelled bookings scheduled between April 1 and Aug. 31.
Gymnasium rental no-show policy:
Per School Board direction, booking groups are required to notify the school if they will not use their booked space. Notifying the school allows the caretaker to better prepare for and prioritize their work. Failure to inform the school of a booking cancellation (or “no-show”) may result in a formal complaint lodged against your group, which may affect your group’s ability to reserve in the future.
