  • Walk Walk Dance

    June 20 – July 30, Harley Hotchkiss Gardens (611 4 Street S.W.)

    Get ready to step, jump, roll or dance your way through Harley Hotchkiss Gardens! In partnership with the Calgary Downtown Association is excited to present “Walk Walk Dance,” an installation featuring a series of music-making lines that transforms movement into a joyful, collective experience.

  • East Village Street Fair

    July 1, along 8 Ave S.E. (between 4 St. and 6 St. S.E., and 5 St. Square to 9 Ave. S.E.)

    This one-of-a-kind event features over 50 vendors, food trucks, musicians, all ages activities, Pup Plaza and a beer garden. It’s no wonder it is Calgary’s destination event on Canada Day!

    July 1, Various Downtown locations

    On July 1st, Calgarians can enjoy an Indigenous showcase and powwow, live music, cultural performances, food trucks and cap off the day with a fireworks show above Stampede Park. Check out the event schedule and interactive map to help you explore all the exciting performances and activities.

Stampede Spirt Community Breakfast

Bring your neighbours, friends, and the whole family, and join us for a delicious pancake breakfast and fun-filled activities for everyone.

Your adventures might start with face painting, glitter tattoos and balloon twisting. Cheer or join in thrilling 3-on-3 basketball games and grab some swag from Calgary Surge! Everyone can get creative with the Brickwares' team and build with LEGO. Or, try your hand at circus fun and learn to juggle, spin plates and walk on stilts with artists from Green Fools Theatre, while grooving to tunes with long-time Calgary fave, DJ Faust.

It’s a perfect way to celebrate the Stampede, connect with your community, and create unforgettable memories!
