Gymnastics is a fun activity providing a gratifying sense of acccomplishment. It improves core strength, tones muscles and fosters healthy bones. In our classes you will:

Fall registration dates
- 6 a.m. — Online (virtual waiting room opens at 5:30 a.m.)
- 8:30 a.m. — By calling the Customer Service Centre at 403-268-3800 (option 1)
- During business hours — At any City-operated Aquatic & Recreation or Arts facility

About our gymnastics instructors
Our instructors are enthusiastic, caring and knowledgable professionals. All staff are Certified National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) with SFA/CPR/AED Level C.

What are gymnastics classes like?
Our introductory classes are focussed on skill development with an emphasis on fun. Participants will practice gymnastics skills on floor, bars, beams, trampolines, and vault. Classes typically run 45 - 60 minutes.
A signed waiver form for each participant is required.

Come prepared
Leave jewelry at home and please bring:
- Gym apparel (must be zipper free)
- Shorts, tights or leotards
- T-shirt or form-fitting top
- Bare feet recommended (gym slippers are not mandatory)
- A water bottle
