Benefits of Skate & Scoot

Wheeled-sports, like inline skating, scooters and skateboarding, are ‘unstructured’ recreation activities that are affordable, accessible, and naturally encourage free play and physical activity. Skate & Scoot spots are mobile skateparks that encourage active, healthy, and creative living.

Fun, free outdoor activities for children, youth and families this summer.

What is Skate & Scoot like?

Skate & Scoot is an unstructured outdoor program that occurs at select locations during the summer. Participants make new friends while practicing inline skating, skateboarding or scooter skills. Onsite instructors can provide tips and tricks. It's great exercise and lots of fun.

This is a drop-in program, you can come and go as you please. This is not a camp and structured activities are not provided.
