Inglewood Bird Sanctuary provides a unique setting for your wedding, meeting, corporate function, training session or community event. It is situated along the bend of the Bow River and is the only federally designated migratory bird sanctuary in North America with special protection rights.

Inglewood Bird Sanctuary provides a unique natural setting for your wedding, encompassing 36 hectares of tranquil wilderness only minutes from downtown Calgary.

The Chinese Canadian Market Garden room within the Nature Centre can accommodate up to 40 people. The room is equipped with a projector and wifi.

Situated south of the historic Colonel Walker House, the lawn provides views of water to the east and the city skyline to the west. This location is available May 1 to September 30.

Up to 15 people
Classroom bookings are only available as part of the wedding package for use as a bridal suite and only available May 1 to September 30.

Up to 40 people
Located within the Nature Centre. An ideal space for smaller special events and meetings.

Nature Party
Discover feathered friends, solve marsh mysteries, or identify wetland wonders at a party in nature. This birthday experience includes two hours in a private area and self-led nature activities.

Food: Refreshments, food and clean-up are not included
Photography sessions
Photographers are welcome to use the park or facility for photography sessions. To ensure guaranteed access of the Colonel Walker House Lawn, please book the space. Permit holders have the right to the space.
