Youth age 13 - 15 must complete the Youth Weight Training course (free of charge) before they can access the room. This is required even if they only wish to use the cardio equipments.
Our cardio equipment is located in the weight room.
No appointment is required to use our weight and cardio room. Drop-in during regular facility hours.
