Boardroom bookings - MaxWell Soccer Centre
MaxWell Soccer Centre has one boardroom in the Main building that can be booked for a wide variety of activities and events, including:
- Strategy meetings
- Birthday parties
- Team wind-ups
- Corporate parties and team building
Please note: Our boardroom does not have refrigerators or food storage amenities. You are responsible for cleaning up after your group.
1. Learn about our boardroom
Large boardroom
Our large boardroom is 6.5 x 9 metres and is comfortable for up to 20 people. It is equipped with chairs, tables and a white board.
2. Review rates and policies
- Minimum 1-hour booking with additional increments of 15 minutes (pending availability)
- Online bookings can be made two weeks before the current date. We are unable to book the same day.
- Book one time, a series of dates or a weekend/special event

Prices include GST.
A $5.75 risk management fee is applied to each permit.
