The City installs and maintains a variety of traffic signs along Calgary’s roadways. These signs inform the public about traffic regulations, provide information and warn about upcoming road characteristics or hazards. Traffic signs are typically mounted on metal posts, although some are mounted overhead on traffic signal arms.
