There are two ways to dispose of fibreglass insulation depending on whether you have small or large quantities.
Small quantities of insulation

Put into your black cart
Put small quantities of fibreglass insulation into your black cart as garbage.
- Double-bag material and tie bag closed before disposing.
- Make sure the lid of the cart can close.
Large quantities of insulation

Take to a City Eco Centre
Take large quantities of fibreglass insulation to a City Eco Centre for disposal – charges will apply.
