• Dips like hummus, tahini, guacamole and chutney 
• Salad dressings  
• Jams, marmalade and Nutella
• Peanut butter and nut butters 
• Condiments like ketchup, mustard, relish and mayonnaise 
• Gravy (powder and sauce) 
• Maple syrup

Put old and expired sauces, dips and gravy into your green cart for composting. 

Soak up runny sauces with newspaper or used paper towels/napkins.
