South Glenmore Park
Boat stalls at South Glenmore Park are located near the Glenmore Sailing School.
Bookings are available for the summer between May 8 and Oct. 24. Bookings are not available for the winter.
Heritage Park
Boat stalls at Heritage Park are located near the boat launch and 14th Street entrance.
Bookings are available for the summer between May 8 and Oct. 24. Bookings for winter storage are from Nov. 1 to April 23.

Availability & booking
New requests for boat stalls are on a first come, first served basis beginning at 8:30 a.m. on the season’s public release date.
All requests are by application only.
Any applications submitted prior to 8:30 a.m. on the season’s public release date will be denied and closed.

Cancellations & changes
Note: If a stall is cancelled part way through the season it will not be considered for renewal status.
A refund is given from the date cancelled to the end of the season. All the dates previous to cancellation date are not available for refund.
A cancellation fee of $10.00 (plus GST) is charged for cancellations and amendments (including transfers once public day has passed).

Payment options
Rental permits may be cancelled for non-payment by the specified due date. We accept:

Personal information
The City collects personal information through the rental application process under authority of the:
- Facility Booking Policy and Procedure
- Facility Use Agreement
- Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, section 33(c)
We use your information only to contact you about your boat stall, rack, or mooring rental application and permit as required.
Renewal rights
Renewal rights are offered for both the summer (all lots) and winter (Heritage Gravel Lot only) seasons. Renewal rights are based on what was booked the last day of the prior years' same season (winter to winter, summer to summer).
If payment for a renewal is not received by the payment deadline stated on the invoice, the permit will be cancelled and renewal rights will be lost. The next opportunity to book a boat stall will be by application on public day.
Rules & regulations
- Boat stalls/racks are for boat storage only.
- Stickers must be picked up at Southland Leisure Centre located at 2000 Southland Drive S.W. Please check the hours of operation beforehand.
- When you arrive, use the “registration pass sale line”.
- Valid government issued picture ID & a digital or printed copy of your paid invoice will be required to obtain your boat stall sticker.
- Short term daily bookings are not permitted.
- Boat Stalls are booked by the season only.
- Any contact with the ice is prohibited.
- No person shall place or remove a Boat in or from the waters of Glenmore Reservoir from any place along its shore which is not specifically designated and marked for such a use.
- No person shall moor a Boat at any place on the shores of the Glenmore Reservoir or in its waters except in those locations specifically designated for moorage by the Director, Calgary Recreation.

Terms & conditions
- The City of Calgary reserves the right to remove any boat at the owner's expense if the boat is parked in the wrong place, or does not exhibit a valid permit sticker.
- Boats are parked at the owner's sole risk and The City of Calgary is not liable for any loss or damage to boats parked in rental spaces.
- Stalls may be reallocated based on recommendations of the Boat Patrol.
- Access to water is not guaranteed in the spring due to flood control measures which include lowering the water level of the Reservoir.
- Heritage paved and South Glenmore lower paved lots have security gates at the water, which open at 6 a.m. and close at 11 p.m. sharp daily during the Summer season (May 8 - October 24).
- The permit is not transferable from the registered permit holder to another individual.
