Community Social Workers support residents and partners to connect, organize, advocate and create lasting positive change in their neighbourhoods, improving social inclusion and economic participation.
In 2025, the program reached thousands of Calgarians, supporting resident-led actions that strengthened neighbourhoods and enhanced social inclusion.

What we heard
CSW partners and volunteers involved in 2025 were asked to complete surveys to help understand the impact of the CSW program.
