Sarah D'Alton has a decade of human resources experience in the public sector. She is committed to serving the community and upholding public service excellence. Sarah currently works as a Human Resources Business Partner for the Alberta Energy Regulator. Previously she worked for the University of Calgary for 9 years where she held several human resources positions including: Labour Relations Consultant, HR Advisor, HR Partner, and HR Senior Partner.  Sarah also has not-for-profit board experience, serving as a Board of Governors Appointed Representative for the University of Calgary's Childcare Centre Society, and chaired their HR subcommittee. Sarah holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation (CPHR), as well as a Master's of Industrial Relations from Queen's University.

Brian Gervais is an experienced cross-border Human Resources executive and business leader with a demonstrated history of working in large, complex organizations.  He is currently the Chief People Officer at the Alex Community Health Care Centre. Prior to his work in the not-for-profit sector, he spent 28+ years with a major Canadian financial institution leading large business and HR teams in Canada and the US. A strong human resource professional skilled in employee relations, employee engagement, compensation, learning and development, succession planning, recruitment, and innovative HR solutions. He holds a CPHR designation and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in political science from Carleton University in Ottawa. 

Alen Brussa has over seven years of experience in event organization, project management, pay and benefits administration, and stakeholder engagement. He currently serves as a Project and Event Coordinator at Public Service & Procurement Canada (PSPC), where he manages and coordinates activities and events for various organizational initiatives, focusing on fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace environment. In this role, he handles contract negotiations, oversees project requirements, and provides strategic recommendations to senior management. Previously, Alen worked as a Pay and Benefits Advisor at PSPC, a Student Advisor and Support Specialist at Manitoba Student Aid Office, and a Quality Insights Specialist and Team Coordinator at 24-7 Intouch Inc. He holds a Master’s in Management from The University of Winnipeg and a Bachelor of Law from Addis Ababa University.

Emmanuel Okwara is a thought leader in the field of Total Rewards Management with extensive experience across various industry sectors. He has collaborated with C-suite leaders to shape their corporate rewards strategies. Currently, Emmanuel is a Principal consultant at Mercer. Previously, Emmanuel led total rewards for Grainger Canada and Latin America. Also, Emmanuel has led the total rewards strategy for Mercedes Benz Canada. At various times, Emmanuel has been leader for total rewards for Phillip Morris International. Emmanuel has also led the compensation and benefits function for Mondelez International. He holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management of York University and a CCP.

Lindsey Ramirez is a Compensation and Job Documentation Analyst at Trans Mountain Canada, where she provides strategic compensation guidance and plays a key role in optimizing compensation programs. With a Master of Human Resources Management and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, Lindsey has extensive experience in talent management, policy development, and employee engagement. She has worked with notable organizations, including Alstom and Aecon, driving HR initiatives, and improving operational effectiveness.
