POSEIDONOnline and City Online
POSEIDONOnline is the submission site for Stormwater Management Reports and Sanitary Servicing Studies.
To improve the customer’s experience, intake of Stormwater Management Reports (SWMRs) will be transitioned out of POSEIDONOnline to a new web tool. To support this transition, there will be interim changes to the submission and review processes. The transition period is expected to occur from December 2025 to approximately Q2 2026, at which time we expect the new online submission process to be in place.
Please refer to the Stormwater Management Reports Guidelines and the How to Submit section of the Stormwater Report page on calgary.ca. The information was also provided in the December 2025 Industry Bulletin. For more information, visit POSEIDONOnline resources.
Note: Submissions for Sanitary Servicing Studies will continue to be made using POSEIDONOnline until further notice.
Master drainage plans, staged master drainage plans, and stormwater management reports are available for purchase through City Online.
