UCalgary researchers explore benefits of using robotic technology in urban planning
Through Urban Alliance (UA), a longstanding strategic partnership between UCalgary and The City of Calgary, we are turning academic insights into practical solutions. One UA partnership currently underway is Robocraft, an innovation and research initiative being performed by the University of Calgary’s School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape (SAPL) at The City’s Wave Tech Centre. This multi-year project will help The City gain access to urban-planning research while making it possible for UCalgary to tap into a real-world laboratory for innovation.
