Shouldice Athletic Park Seasonal Dome
The Shouldice seasonal dome, located in Northwest Calgary, is a part of Shouldice Athletic Park. It hosts year-round training, league events, tournament events to for soccer and football.
Glenmore Twin Arena
A new twin-ice arena is currently under construction at Glenmore Athletic Park, replacing the aging Stu Peppard Arena. The new arena is anticipated to be complete in 2027, and will help meet growing demand for year-round ice access. We’re inviting sponsors to join us in supporting this important community project.
Belmont Fieldhouse
Anticipated to open in 2027, the Belmont Fieldhouse is a new indoor recreation facility in the Belmont community. As part of a future community hub, it will feature a multi-sport field and amenities that support year-round access to recreation and community activities. Naming rights are available now, offering strong brand visibility in a vibrant and growing neighbourhood.
Calgary Fire Department
The Calgary Fire Department engages with over one in 10 Calgarians each year through response to emergency incidents, impactful safety programs, station visits and community events. Fire Investigations K9
The Calgary Fire Department’s accelerant detection dog is trained to detect the presence of accelerants and assist in investigations into the cause of fires.
Bucket Brigade Summer Camp

The Calgary Fire Department values our communities’ young people and recognizes that today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders. Many of the diverse youth throughout our communities will be the future, the faces and the leaders of the Calgary Fire Department in years to come, and the Bucket Brigade is an excellent introduction to the career of firefighting.
Fire Cadet Program
The Calgary Fire Department Cadet Program provides high school students the opportunity to learn about what it takes to be a firefighter, through teaching life-skills like leadership, community involvement, teamwork, pride and respect. Through theoretical and practical training, Fire Cadets learn basic firefighting skills and how to apply those skills and values into daily activities.
Fire Prevention Week
Fire Prevention Week is held annually across North America during October and is an opportunity for Calgary Fire Department to spread fire safety awareness in a personal way that allows firefighters to meet our neighbours and forge stronger community ties. The safety campaigns focus on simple, but important, actions Calgarians can take to keep people safe in their homes.
Home Safety Program
The Calgary Fire Department’s Home Safety Program provides free home safety visits to educate residents on fire prevention, smoke alarm maintenance, and emergency preparedness. Firefighters conduct inspections, install or replace smoke alarms if needed, and offer personalized safety recommendations to reduce fire risks.
Training Village
The Calgary Fire Department’s Training Village is a one-of-a-kind, immersive training environment located at our Training Academy in southeast Calgary, featuring a realistic streetscape of vacant homes. Designed to replicate real-life emergency scenarios, this dynamic facility allows firefighters to train daily in critical skills such as search and rescue, hazardous materials response, and smoke behavior analysis—ensuring they are fully prepared to protect the health and safety of Calgarians through hands-on, scenario-based learning.
