Golf course no-shows and penalties
Before you play
Booking responsibility
You're responsible for all tee times booked under your account. Make sure your group knows the 24-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellation window
Cancel online at least 24 hours before your tee time to avoid penalties.
Need to cancel less than 24 hours before your tee time? Call the clubhouse to cancel. Late changes may still count as a no-show and lead to a temporary suspension.
No-show penalty
Missing a booking (or checking in with fewer players than booked) may result in a 14-day suspension of online booking privileges.
Examples of no-shows:
- No one checks in for your booked tee time.
- You bring fewer players than you reserved for.
- You cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.
What happens if you're flagged?
- You'll get an automated email confirming the no-show.
- One no-show may lead to a 14-day suspension from online booking.
- Repeat no-shows could lead to seasonal or permanent booking restrictions.
- Future bookings remain active but must be changed or cancelled by calling the clubhouse.
Day of tee time
Late check-in
Check in at least 15 minutes before your tee time to avoid losing it to walk-ons.
Weather considerations
Courses may stay open even when conditions look questionable. If you're unsure about playing, check the course status before deciding to cancel.
Note: No-shows won’t be assessed if the course is officially closed due to poor weather.
