Our online reservation system makes it easy to manage your tee times, receive golf course news and updates, and view and redeem the latest offers and deals.

The online reservation system allows you to book tee times up to four days in advance. Same-day bookings can also be made online up to 1 hour in advance. Walk-on play is also available as space permits.

Please note:

  • Tee times will be released four days in advance at 9 a.m. daily.
  • To receive discounts in 2025 (e.g., junior, senior, or any golf loyalty product rates), you must present your ID at check-in.
  • You may book a maximum of ONE online tee time per day (excluding McCall Par 3, where two bookings per day are in effect). This limit provides reasonable tee time access to as many golfers as possible four days in advance.
  • Cancellation policy: A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required to cancel or edit tee time bookings. Cancellations or modifications with less than 12 hours' notice can be made by calling the clubhouse and may be subject to the No-Show Policy

If you reach the one online tee time booking per day limit, you can also book one additional tee time by calling the clubhouse directly after 7 a.m. daily.

How to book online tee times

You can book tee times starting four days in advance. Spots are released for booking at 9 a.m. daily.

You can book a spot on:

  • Monday for a tee time on Friday
  • Tuesday for a tee time on Saturday
  • Wednesday for a tee time on Sunday
  • Thursday for a tee time for the following Monday
  • Friday for a tee time for the following Tuesday
  • Saturday for a tee time for the following Wednesday
  • Sunday for a tee time for the following Thursday

How to book a tee time online

  1. Access the 'Book tee time now' page.
  2. NOTE: We recommend that golfers sign in first or create their Golf Profile prior to searching for a tee time (see next accordion item).
  3. Select the 'Day of week' (up to four days in advance).
  4. Select the 'Time'.
  5. Select the 'Course(s)'.
  6. Select 'Number of players' in your group.
  7. Then click on 'Search'.
  8. Choose a tee time and select 'Next'.
  9. Confirm your booking and select 'Next'.
  10. Confirm 'Terms and conditions'

Then select 'Reserve'. Your booking is finalized. You will be sent an email confirming your reservation.

How to create your golf profile

  1. Access the 'Book tee time now' page.
  2. Click the 'Sign In' button in upper-right corner.
  3. Click ‘Create an account’.
  4. Enter your information: first and last name, phone number, postal code and a valid unique (non-shared) email (Only the first account created with the email will be able to book tee times online. Any other accounts using that email will not have access to the online reservation system).
  5. You will be asked to create your password which must be at least 8 characters. Include 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 numbered character.
  6. Click 'Register'.
  7. Your profile is now created, and you will be sent a confirmation email. You can now book, cancel and edit a tee time online.

At a clubhouse

  1. Staff at any golf course clubhouse can help you to set up your Golf Profile.
  2. You will still need to create your own password later. To do this, please access the 'Book tee time now' page.
  3. Select the 'Sign In' button in upper-right corner.
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Select 'Forgot Password'.

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. You may only use this link once.

How to reset your password

Forgot your Password?

Go to Password Recovery and enter your email. Your Login information will be sent via email within a few minutes. Please check your email for login instructions and try again.

Please note: If the email used for your account is associated with any other golf accounts, the password recovery feature will not be available. Each golf account requires a unique email address.

How to cancel or make changes to your bookings

Please remember you are responsible for all tee times booked under your account. Avoid being a ‘No-Show’ by ensuring all members of your group are aware the 12 hours cancellation policy and if needed, reduce players, or cancel your booking a minimum 12 hours prior to tee off.

There are a limited number of tee times available and a high demand for those times. If you fail to cancel or honor your tee time reservation you may be assessed a ‘No-Show’ penalty which will result in immediate suspension of online booking privileges for 14 days.

How do I change my tee time to remove players?

You can add or remove players to your reservation online up to 12 hours prior to your tee time. To modify less than 12 hours in advance, contact the golf course clubhouse and staff can assist you during operating hours.

  1. Access the 'Book tee time now' page.
  2. Sign-in to your Golf Profile.
  3. Select the red button in the top right-hand corner of your booking screen.
  4. Select 'My Reservations'.
  5. Find the tee time you would like to change and select the 'Edit' button on the left-hand side
  6. Here you can use the edit or remove players from your booking and then select 'Update'
  7. When you have the correct number of players selected, select 'Save change'
  8. You will be sent an email confirming your changes.

Alternatively, call the clubhouse to add players to your reservation if space permits.

How do I cancel a tee time?

You may cancel your reservation online up to 12 hours prior to your schedule tee off time without penalty. To cancel tee times less than 12 hours in advance contact the clubhouse and staff can assist you during operating hours.

  1. Access the 'Book tee time now​' page.
  2. Sign-in to your Golf Profile.
  3. Select the red button in the top right-hand corner of your booking screen.
  4. Select 'My Reservations'.
  5. Find and click on the tee time you would like to cancel
  6. Select 'Cancel' or select the ‘Edit’ button on the left-hand side and then select ‘cancel’ to cancel the entire tee time.
  7. Select 'Confirm' cancellation.

You will be sent an email confirming your cancellation.

How to edit my profile information

  1. Access the 'Book tee time now​' page.
  2. Select the 'Sign In' button in upper-right corner to sign-in to your account.
  3. Click your name in the top right-hand corner of your booking screen to access the drop-down menu.
  4. Select 'Profile'.

Edit your personal information and then select 'Submit'.

I don’t want to be paired with random people

Golf’s role is to provide accessible and affordable golf opportunities to our citizens. With tee times in high demand, the only way to guarantee you do not play with players unknown to you is to reserve the tee time as a foursome AND check in with four (4) golfers. To ensure equitable access to all golfers, customers are expected to reserve only what they will need, and to release unneeded spots as soon as possible so that others have the same opportunity to play. Clubhouse staff are empowered to adjust players to ensure maximum tee time utilization.

Answers to frequently asked questions for our online booking system

I registered for my Golf Profile at the golf course, but it says I do not have an account.

If you are not able to create a password, your email may have been entered incorrectly at the clubhouse. Please call a golf course clubhouse during operating hours to update your Golf Profile.​​​​

I am trying to create my golf profile, but nothing happens

If you attempt to create a golf profile and you click on “register” and nothing happens, it is most likely an account has already been created for you with the email address you are trying to use. Please call a golf course clubhouse during operating hours for assistance. Find a location.

What does it mean when the system says there are no times available matching my request?

There are days at some courses when tee times are fully booked. However, it's likely something is available by adjusting your search options. Here are some tips that may help:

Select the earliest time you are prepared to play. If no times are shown, check the following:

  1. You have not selected a golf course in your search criteria
  2. Ensure the date selected is within four days from today.
  3. You have booked the maximum allowable tee times per day (Max. one online tee time per day across all courses, except McCall Par 3 where two online booking per day are allowed).

If there are still no tee times available, all tee times at the golf course you selected are fully booked.

You may change your search criteria and search again for available tee times. Please check back often as plans change and tee time cancellations occur regularly.​​

I booked a tee time, why didn’t I get a confirmation email? And how do I know my reservation was completed?

  • You know your reservation has been completed when you see the view below on your screen. This screen confirms your booking is successful and that an email has been sent. You’ll also see your confirmation number.
  • Your reservation is not completed until this screen appears.
  • Another way to validate your confirmed reservations is to go under your golf profile and view ‘My Reservations’. All upcoming completed reservations made by you will be shown there.
  • Email confirmations are sent for every booking, modification and cancellation made. Check your junk mail to see if the email was misdirected (junk mail is managed by your service provider and personal email settings).
