Check out our drop-in schedule for a wide variety of activities to help keep you healthy and active! The pool and weight rooms can be used without an appointment.

  • Swimming lessons

    Splash into summer with our Swim for Life classes for all skill levels up to lifeguard.

  • Weight rooms

    Drop-in to our weight room during regular operating hours. Youth aged 13 - 15 must complete a Weight Room Orientation before using the weight room.

  • Drop-in Swimming & Fitness

    Drop-in for public swim, lane swim, family swim, fitness classes and more!

  • Registered programs

    We offer a variety of programs and classes to keep you and your family active and learning.

  • Book a pool

    Private and after-hours booking of swimming pools is currently paused. Group booking during public swim is still available.

  • School swimming lessons

    Book your school classroom for swimming lessons.
