Effective July 2, indoor water-saving measures have eased. Outdoor Water Restrictions and fire ban remain in place. The city remains in a State of Local Emergency.
We have two indoor arenas to host minor and adult ice sport leagues. Both are fully serviced and available for bookings from 6 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week during prime hockey season (October through March). Requests outside of these hours will be considered.
Our arenas work great for:
Sledge hockey
Hockey
Ringette
Birthday parties
Figure skating
If you are looking to get on the ice, we regularly host scheduled drop-in skating and sports.
We recommend safety gear for children and youth. However, we urge 'everyone' to wear a CSA approved hockey helmet during ice activity.
Spring/summer dry slab use:
Lacrosse
Ball hockey
Roller skating
Community events
Markets
Special events

We are happy to share that indoor water saving measures have been eased and we are resuming many of our regular operations indoors.
Ice rinks and showers are open.
Today - Indoor pools are reopening. Ice and water-based programming, including drop-in and swimming lessons, will proceed as scheduled.
Our priority is to open ice rinks, pools and showers. The opening of additional amenities such as play structures, hot tubs, steam rooms, waterslides and kiddie pools may be delayed.
