Check out our drop-in schedule for a wide variety of activities to help keep you healthy and active! The pool and weight rooms can be used without an appointment. Pools are not available for public swimming during swimming lessons.

    Enjoy instructor lead fitness classes in our cycle studio.

  • Swimming lessons

    Splash into fall and winter with our Swim for Life classes for all skill levels up to lifeguard.

  • Registered programs

    We offer a variety of programming for all ages.

  • Birthday Parties

    Experience your birthday with us. We have the option for a swimming party or indoor play structure party.

  • Preschool programs

    Preschoolers love to be active – they run, jump, spin, leap and climb at every opportunity. It’s a great time to get them participating in preschool programs.
