We have multipurpose rooms available. They are great for meetings, or group activities.
Features and facility information
Woodcreek Room
- 134.9 square metres
- This is a large multi-purpose space with one mirrored wall.
- There is a screen and projector. Must be requested at time of booking.
- Meeting Set-Up:
- Theatre-Style for up to 75.
- Classroom-Style for up to 18.
- Tables/Chairs for up to 60.
Building Blocks Room
- 41.6 square metres.
- This is a small multi-purpose space.
- There is a screen and white board.
- It is in the adjoining Arenas building.
- Meeting Set-Up:
- Theatre-Style for up to 25.
- Classroom-Style for up to 12.
- Tables/Chairs for up to 25.
Board Room
- This is a boardroom-type room. It comfortably seats 12 people.
- There is a screen and projector. Must be requested at time of booking.
- No party bookings.
Is there wifi in the building?
- Shaw Public Wifi can be weak. Bring any presentations on a USB stick.
- Laptop: Not available for public use

Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 8:30 a.m.

To request a booking
- For five or less dates call 403-268-3800, option 2 (Mon. - Fri. 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.). or use the online application.
- For more than five dates, use the online application.
It takes up to ten business days to process the application. You will receive notification of the outcome of your application by email.
To cancel a booking
If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, we must be notified at least 30 days prior to the day of your booking. A $10.50 administration fee applies. Changes to a booking with less than 30 days' notice are not eligible for a refund.
