Water Services Transport Canada Public Notice for Algae Tracker Bearspaw Reservoir 

The City of Calgary hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Common Project Search (online registry) pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act described herein and its description.

Pursuant to paragraph 4.1 and 9.1 of the said Act, The City of Calgary has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the online Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number 13213, a description of the following work: Installation of an Algae Tracker (Scientific Instrumentation) at the Bearspaw Reservoir on the Bow River at 100m upstream of the safety buoy for the Transalta Hydroelectric Dam.

Canadian Navigable Waters Act

The  City  of  Calgary  hereby  gives  notice  that  a  submission  has  been  added to the Common Project Search online registry pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act described herein and its description.

Pursuant to paragraph 4.1 and 9.1 of the said Act, The City of Calgary has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the online Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number 12819, a description of the following work: Wastewater pipeline inspections and installation of turbidity curtain on the Bow River at 21m upstream of the Ogden Road Bridge S.E.
