Bylaws related to balconies, decks, fences, porches and stairs

According to our Community Standards Bylaw, balconies, decks, fences, porches, and stairs must be well-maintained.

This means they shouldn't have significant damage, peeling surfaces, missing parts, rot, or other major problems. They should also be properly secured and look well-kept. If they're not, fines can be between $100 and $300.
