School Connections YYC For schools

Opportunities for students after school

Schools with available after-hours space can offer their facility to community organizations. These partnerships provide after school care and other programs targeted towards specific needs of students.

By signing up for an account, school principals can search a database of programs to find opportunities that benefit their students. The programs and organizations have been pre-vetted by the City of Calgary and School Board Rentals staff. The principal only needs to decide if the space is available on the date(s) and time(s) requested to accommodate the program. Principals choose whether they accept or decline programs. There are opportunities to negotiate space, days, dates and times requested by organizations.
