All Sport One Day Returns on August 17!

All Sport One Day is an opportunity for Calgary children and youth to try new sports, and discover new passions!

With over 200 sessions featuring 50+ exciting activities to choose from, parents or guardians can enroll children in FREE sports sessions, and learn about upcoming fall/winter programs. 

All Sport One Day is targeted towards children ages 6 to 17 who are looking to experience a new sport, or physical activity for the first time. 

In addition to the 5 multisport hubs, sport groups are hosting at their own facilities.

Partnering with the Calgary Adapted Hub powered by Jumpstart, we are also running an adapted sport hub at Vecova.  

Multisport Hubs:

  • MNP Community & Sport Centre
  • Southland Leisure Centre
  • Cardel Rec South & Shawnessy YMCA
  • Shane Homes YMCA at Rocky Ridge
  • Lake Bonavista Community Association
  • Vecova (Adapted Sports Site)

Registration Opens Thursday August 8 at 6 PM MDT. 

You will need a Showpass account to register online. You can create one or use your Facebook credentials to login. 

Although online registration is highly encouraged, drop-ins spots may be available on August 17, especially at multisport hubs. After registration closes (August 14 at 11:59PM), we will post on our social media the sports that have drop-in spaces. 

Go to AllSportOneDay.ca with your kids to plan out which sports you want to try, and review registration guidelines and FAQs.

Volunteer at All Sport One Day 

Looking to be a part of the amazing team that helps us run All Sport One Day? Volunteer opportunities are still available.

We are currently recruiting volunteers at the following locations:

Event Day Timeline: 

  • 8:00am - Volunteers Arrive, Meet your Team, Set-Up,
  • 9:30am - Check-In Begins
  • 10:00am - 3:00pm - Sessions Take Place
  • 2:15pm - Begin tear-down.

As a token of our appreciation, all volunteers will receive an All Sport One Day t-shirt!
