- During business hours — At any City-operated Aquatic & Recreation or Arts facility
Types of First Aid certifications

This course covers all aspects of Intermediate First Aid and CPR. Medical/legal responsibilities are addressed as well as skeletal, abdominal, chest, heat/cold or burn injuries and other medical emergencies. CPR-C and AED is valid three years from the date of certification.
Ages: 12+ years
Prerequisite: None

This is a recertification course for Intermediate First Aid CPR C & AED awards. Current, non-expired certification must be presented to the instructor on the first day of the course.
Ages: 12+ years
Prerequisite: a current, non-expired Alberta workplace approved Intermediate First Aid certification.

Our instructors are qualified to provide Alberta workplace approved Intermediate First Aid certification.
What are lessons like?
Classes include written study material, theory and sessions on practical application.
You'll be expected to show proficiency in First Aid and CPR techniques.
