MSF Site Grading, Building Foundations and Utilities

Scope of Work

• Site grading: stripping, cut/fill operations, earth stabilization, rough/final grading of building footprint, park-and-ride areas, hardscape zones, five drainage ponds, and retaining walls.
• Underground utilities: installation of services in the yard, traction power and duct banks, drainage systems, relocations/protections of existing utilities, grounding grids, stormwater systems.
• Building foundations: subgrade prep, cast-in-place elements, embedment for electrical/plumbing, underground mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, and installation of anchor bolts for primary steel.
