90% Design Information
In December 2025, the design for Highfield reached the 90% milestone. This means that the design is almost done; only fine tuning remains before construction can begin. At 90%, the design is fully developed with all plans and specifications, and compliance with codes and standards.
Any comments or revisions from the 90% design, once successfully implemented, can then be converted into an Issue For Construction (IFC) set of drawings, allowing construction to begin.
The 60% design milestone was met in late 2024, and the designs are available to view here.
