Stretch, strengthen and align your whole body through safe and comfortable seated and standing yoga poses. All equipment, including a chair, is provided.
Age: 18+
Prerequisite: Gentle Fitness 2 - Must be comfortable doing 15-30 minutes of continuous activity

Participate in gentle poses using props that support your body and practice breathing techniques that will help you feel more relaxed and release tension. This class is done barefoot.
Age: 13+
Prerequisite: Gentle Fitness 2 - Must be comfortable doing 15-30 minutes of continuous activity and be able to get up from and down to the floor unassisted

You will be introduced to a variety of Pilates exercises that will elongate and tone your muscles. This class is done barefoot.

Enjoy Pilates with your baby through a series of progressive strengthening and lengthening exercises. Your baby can be in a carrier or on an exercise mat during class. This class is done barefoot.
Age: 6 weeks - 1 year + adult
Prerequisite: Your baby must be registered for this class. Ensure your doctor has cleared you to exercise.

Continue to tone and elongate your muscles through a regular Pilates workout. This class is done barefoot.

Maintain your physical and mental wellness throughout your pregnancy by taking part in this yoga class. It is specifically designed for your ever-changing prenatal body.

Work the connective tissue of your hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine through holding floor poses for several minutes. This class is usually done barefoot.

Improve your overall fitness through this combined yoga and TRX class. You will complete a series of yoga poses and incorporate bodyweight exercises on a TRX Suspension Trainer to build your strength, mobility and core stability.

Preschoolers will be introduced to basic yoga poses through imaginative play to help improve their body awareness, flexibility and coordination. This class is usually done barefoot.

About our Yoga and Pilates instructors
Our instructors are highly qualified with a minimum of a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification in Yoga and or Pilates. Our passionate and experienced instructors will safely guide your practice.
What are classes like?
Classes range from fifty minutes to an hour and a half in length.
Each class begins with a moment to focus the mind on the upcoming practice and a gentle wake up of the body. Classes proceed with a selection of poses and exercises based on the class style. Instructors guide movement and teach form. Classes end with a calming cool-down period.

- Bring a water bottle
- Bring a Yoga mat
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move in (dress in layers)
- Yoga and Pilates are practiced bare footed. You may bring your own blocks, bolsters or straps, if you wish
