Construction of a new maintenance facility is expected to be completed by July 2026. The project includes upgraded storage space, a foreman’s office, and a small fuel station.

Work will take place on weekdays during regular business hours and remain confined to a marked area on golf course property. Golf operations will continue as usual, with no expected impact to play.

The full bunker renovation is now complete. Like most courses, these updates were part of a regular refresh to improve drainage, replace sand, and address long‑term maintenance needs, all while improving overall playability.

With 51 bunkers covering about 65,000 square feet, the project focused on reducing the total bunker area without losing the course’s challenge or visual appeal. The result is a cleaner look and a better playing experience for golfers.
