Opportunities for Reflection and Action
The City of Calgary takes opportunities like commemorative days and months to celebrate diversity within our organization and in our city. It allows us to learn about history and recognize how certain communities have been impacted by systemic racism, discrimination and exclusion. These opportunities provide a platform to exchange stories and experiences, and work towards an organization and city where eveyone belongs and thrives.
