Assessment services and information
The City of Calgary annually prepares property assessments within Calgary for the purpose of taxation. Property assessments reflect the market value of that property as of July 1 last year. Through fair and equitable assessments, the resulting property tax support City services Calgarians rely on every day.

Pre-roll Consultation Period
October 1 – November 15, 2024Pre-Roll is a program offered to non-residential and multi-residential property owners and their agents. It allows The City and property owners to review and discuss details before the assessment roll is finalized and notices are mailed in January.
