Stimulate your energy balance and internal energy (Qi) through basic Qigong principles. You will work on a variety of movements that will take practice and focus.
Age: 13+
Prerequisite: Gentle Fitness 3 - Must be comfortable doing 30+ minutes of continuous activity

Older adults will stimulate balance and internal energy (Qi) through basic Qigong principles. You will work on a variety of movements that will take practice and focus.
Age: 50+
Prerequisite: Gentle Fitness 3 - Must be comfortable doing 30+ minutes of continuous activity

Improve your balance, posture and mental awareness through basic Tai Chi movements and principles.

About our Tai Chi & Qigong instructors
- Certification and/or advanced training in discipline
- Previous leadership and instructional expertise in Tai Chi & Qigong
- Intermediate first-aid, CPR, AED, police checks
What are classes like?
Our classes are open to all levels of skill and fitness. Previous martial arts experience is not required.
Classes start with focusing and calming energy breath excercises. Instructors will break down the complex movement and then provide a lead and follow opportunity, allowing for you to internalize your learning. You will get time to practice combining the forms into a flow.
