Fall registration dates
- 6 a.m. — Online (virtual waiting room opens at 5:30 a.m.)
- 8:30 a.m. — By calling the Customer Service Centre during operating hours at 403-268-3800 (option 1)
- During business hours — At any City-operated Aquatic & Recreation or Arts facility

Village Square programs & activities will be relocated
During the temporary closure at Village Square, swimming lessons, fitness classes, martial arts and sports will be offered at nearby recreation facilities and the following locations in nearby communities:

Kids will learn basic taekwondo skills like punches, kicks and blocks that will help develop their self-control and discipline. This class can be completed multiple times.
Age: 6 - 12 years
Prerequisite: None

Learn basic taekwondo skills like kicks, punches and blocks that will build a connection between your mind and body. This class can be completed multiple times.
Age: 6+
Prerequisite: None

Continue to grow taekwondo skills like kicks, punches and self-defence techniques while developing a connection between your mind and body.
Age: 6+
Prerequisite: Completion of a beginner taekwondo class

Kids and teens with prior Taekwondo experience will build existing skills with advanced techniques and training.
Age: 7 – 16 years
Prerequisite: Completion of a beginner Taekwondo class
About our Taekwondo instructors
- Certified and/or advanced training in Taekwondo
- Previous leadership and instructional expertise
- Ability to teach all levels and ages
- Instructors are or were competitive practicing athletes in Taekwondo
- Intermediate first-aid, CPR, AED, police checks
What are classes like?
Come prepared
- Bring a water bottle
- Wear comfortable clothing. Uniform is not required
- No shoes required. Taekwondo is practiced barefoot
