Types of Kung Fu classes
You can register online, in person at our Recreation facilities, or by calling

Kids will be introduced to basic Kung Fu techniques. They will learn discipline and self-reliance. This class can be completed multiple times.
Age: 6 - 12 years
Prerequisite: None

Improve your discipline and self-reliance through basic Kung Fu training. This class can be completed multiple times.
Age: 6+
Prerequisite: None

Continue to grow your Kung Fu skills through a set of choreographed kicks, strikes and tumbling techniques. This class can be completed multiple times.
Age: 10+
Prerequisite: Completion of a beginner Kung Fu class
About our Kung Fu instructors
- Certification and/or advanced training in Kung Fu
- Previous leadership and instructional expertise
- Ability to teach all levels and ages
- Instructors are or were competitive practicing athletes in Kung Fu
- Intermediate first-aid, CPR, AED, police checks

What are classes like?
Our classes are open to all levels of skill and fitness. Previous martial arts experience is not required.
Classes includes warm-up exercises, strength and conditioning, technical training, application theory, and partner work.

Come prepared
- Bring a water bottle
- Wear comfortable clothing. Uniform is not required
- No shoes required. Kung Fu is practiced barefoot

Relax through breathing patterns and soft flowing movements of Tai Chi. Stimulate and balance your internal energy (Qi) through stretches, breathing and meditative postures and exercise in Qigong.
